Terms & Conditions

1. What TrialBuddy does
TrialBuddy helps you record free trials and receive reminders before the dates you enter. You are responsible for entering accurate dates, prices and cancellation information.
2. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee
We work to send reminders reliably, but delivery can be delayed or prevented by email providers, device settings, network outages or other services outside our control. You remain responsible for cancelling any trial before a charge occurs.
3. Subscription and billing
TrialBuddy is offered as a recurring subscription. The current price and billing period are shown before checkout. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same billing period. You can cancel future renewals through the billing controls made available with your account. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not use TrialBuddy for unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with the service, its security or other users.
5. Third-party services
Cancellation links and names of third-party services are provided for convenience. TrialBuddy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or responsible for those third parties unless explicitly stated.
6. Service changes
We may improve, modify or discontinue parts of TrialBuddy. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice when reasonably possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrialBuddy and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges caused by a missed, delayed or undelivered reminder. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
